blank window only after install in MacOS

after install using brew, I get just blank window:

install latest version using brew
run Application/Codexia

Try right click reload, if it doesn't work, Uninstall it then install again, because I change zustand store

tried reload - still the same
removed, cleaned up, install again - the same
reloaded - still blank window.

codex --version
codex-cli 0.101.0

did some upgrades:

GGAir-6278:~ greg$ npm -v
11.10.0
GGAir-6278:~ greg$ codex --version
codex-cli 0.101.0

reinstalled codexia from brew
but still the same blank window.

tried to clean, still blank ~/Library/Logs/dev.milisp.codexia/codexia.log is empty.

and run

/Applications/codexia.app/Contents/MacOS/codexia

this is my log
