Exact URL of where the bug happened

When lichess1.org is blacklisted (happens in schools), only text is displayed.
To give the user and admin a hint, instead of html-text only, an error should be displayed, pinpointing to
https://lichess.org/page/network-administrators?lang=en

CSS and JS are on lichess1.org, it's normal to only see HTML.
