Education Benefits (with no benefits)

Hi, I want to write here about a problem with my GitHub Copilot license. Some days ago, I applied for a program to get benefits with GitHub Copilot Pro. I submitted my documents from my educational center so that GitHub could verify that I'm a student. I provided the documentation from the center and completed a coupon that gives around nearly 2 years of GitHub Copilot Pro for free.
This coupon was approved on January 19th. I've been for a month without any possibility to use GitHub Copilot search, because I have reached the limit, and my coupon hasn't been applied yet.

If your GitHub Education benefits show as approved but the Copilot Pro access has not been applied after several weeks, this is likely a billing or account provisioning issue rather than something you can resolve locally.

I recommend opening a support ticket directly with GitHub Support and including:

Your GitHub username

Confirmation that your Student Developer Pack was approved

The date of approval

A screenshot of your Education benefits page

Since this involves account benefits and licensing, only GitHub Support can investigate and apply the entitlement manually if needed
