  • Hermes skill package is Karpathy-Hermes-Skill/; frontmatter name is karpathy-guidelines. Install by copying that folder to ~/.hermes/skills/software-development/karpathy-guidelines so the on-disk directory matches the skill id.

  • The skill is Markdown-only (SKILL.md and references/EXAMPLES.md); there is no package-level test runner in the repo.
