[Kavita] Allow mouse navigation / mouse key bindings.

Idea Description

It would be useful to be able bind mouse keys to navigate the manga/image viewer specially. To use the scroll wheel for next page, or some mouses who have a left and right scroll buttons, it would be handy to be able to bind those keys to the got left / right page.

My work around is changing the behavior of my Mouse Profile so a scroll down is read as the keyboard right key and scroll up as the left key. But I need to change the profile of my mouse every time and this only works because I can customize my mouse keys.
