[Reading Lists] List Navigation Enhancements

Idea Description

In the same vein as #4048. Long lists can be painful to navigate as one long endlessly scrolling list when looking to re-order elements / jump around to unread sections (not all lists necessarily get read start to finish depending on overlaps, events, etc.).

• Pagination on the reading list would be very welcome
• A search within list option would be useful (search by volume, search by position maybe as well)

What I did was bring searching within the reading list detail page against title, issue number, series name, and author/artist. It's live in the nightly and I haven't had much feedback except to make it more robust in ways that are out of scope at this point.

I like the additional filtering. I don't think it solves the scrolling problem for long lists, but it's definitely a useful feature. New import/export features make it easier for big lists to do certain operations outside of Kavita now (e.g. re-ordering) so those needs feel less important. I'd still like a way to kip around to the start of unread sections for large lists that may not have a contiguous read progress.
